• Food quality, hygiene, or safety at restaurants
• Partner establishments' operational hours or availability
• Changes to offers without prior notice
• Any disputes between users and partner establishments

8. Intellectual Property

All content on FoodSome, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FoodSome and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.
