• FoodSome is not responsible if the partner (Hotel/Restaurant/Resort/Salon) permanently or temporarily shuts down operations.
• FoodSome is not responsible if the partner changes management/ownership.
• FoodSome is not responsible if the partner chooses to discontinue or withdraw collaboration with FoodSome.
• FoodSome will not be liable for service dissatisfaction or quality concerns of service/products.
• FoodSome will not be liable for denied access due to partner policy changes.
• FoodSome will not be liable for availability of benefits due to partner internal or operational reasons.

Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, user interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, and artwork including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, look and feel and arrangement of such content, contained on foodso.me is owned, controlled or licensed by or to FOODSOME, and is protected by copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

You may use information on the foodso.me website only for your personal, non-commercial informational purpose. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, website or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without FOODSOME prior written consent.

By submitting content to foodso.me (including but not limited to restaurant reviews, ratings and comments) you grant FOODSOME the ownership to this intellectual property and the right to use it in any manner FOODSOME chooses, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Acceptance of Terms

Your use of services offered by FoodSome is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and FoodSome. This page explains how the agreement is made up, and sets out some of the terms of that agreement (Terms of Service). The name FoodSome has been used interchangeably with foodso.me.

Review of transmissions

You agree that if you submit ratings, suggestions, comments, questions, or post any other information on this site, you grant FOODSOME a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any form, media or technology.

FOODSOME takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted or submitted by you or other users. You promise to FOODSOME that any material provided by you does not breach any intellectual property rights and agree to indemnify FOODSOME against claims of any kind arising from such breach.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will FOODSOME be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever (including death, injury or illness), whether in contract, tort or otherwise, arising from use of or reliance on information on this website.

FOODSOME excludes all liability (including negligence) in respect of any loss or damage (including special, indirect or consequential loss) arising from use of this website. Disputes between you and venues are to be resolved between you and the venue.

FOODSO.ME acts as a database and intermediary service only and is not responsible for claims or complaints arising from services supplied by venues or disputes about venue terms.

Disclaimer of Warranty

FOODSOME provides this site and its contents on an as-is basis and use of this site is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, FOODSOME disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Release and Indemnity

You agree to release and indemnify and hold FOODSOME and its employees harmless from and against claims, demands, proceedings, losses and damages (actual, special and consequential), including legal fees, arising from service use, your breach of these terms, violation of law, or third-party rights.

Amendment

FOODSOME may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its sole discretion, without notice. Continued use of the site after modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

The laws of Surat, Gujarat govern this website and its use. If accessed from outside India, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
